I am proud to say that I am a former SISD student and former graduate ofSocorro High Schoolwhere I participated in theAcademy of Careers in Education (ACE), a preparatory program for future teachers.I then moved to Austin, Texas where I attended St. Edward's University and majored in English Language Arts and Reading with a minor in Education.
I truly had a great experience as well as the best instructors that helped shape me into the educator that I am today.Though I fell in love with the unique city of Austin and my university, as they say “there is no place like home,” and so I returned to El Paso where I became a Hambric Hawk!
I am currently an ELAR instructor for students at Jane Hambric.
