Teachers, if you plan on using library services, use the Library Visit Form and speak with Mrs. Gomez or Mrs. Braswell to schedule your classes and plan for the library services you will need.
Please give us twenty-four hours advance notice. If you have a major project planned and would like for us to pull materials, plan a lesson, or find websites for your students, please turn in this form and speak with the librarians several weeks in advance to allow us time to search for appropriate materials.
If you have a need for certain materials that the library does not have in its collection, please feel free to use this form to request materials that you would use in your curriculum. We would like to locate the materials for you. Fill in this form and submit.
