— Be based on specified goals driven by data and feedback from all stakeholders
— Provide all students access to a comprehensive school counseling program that is based on developmental competencies
— Utilize community resources to enhance and deliver programs
— Monitor student progress
All the counselors at Captain Walter E. Clarke Middle School will:
— Abide by the professional school counseling ethics as advocated by the American School Counselor Association, Texas Education Agency, and the policies of the Socorro Independent School District
— Participate in professional development activities essential to maintain a quality school counseling program
