I believe all students are important and have the right to participate in the school counseling program where the counselors will guide them to grow, learn and excel to their fullest potential.

Hello my name is Rosa Maria Gonzalez and I am a counselor here at Bill Sybert School where we "Endeavor to Excel". This is my 8th year as a school counselor, however, I also was a teacher for 10 years. I am a proud graduate of UTEP. In 2005 I received my Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling, and in 1987 I received my Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance.
I have been married for 22 years, and am the proud mother of two teenagers.
Availability:
I am here to assist the students in being successful academically, socially and emotionally. I see students on an individual basis, in small support groups and in classroom guidance presentations.
