I was born and raised in El Paso Texas the youngest of 4 children. I graduated from:
Thomas Jefferson High School, University of Texas at El Paso and University of Texas (Austin).
I have 3 children, 2 of which are high school teachers and the youngest who attends Americas High School. One of the things I am most proud of is that I was the first female in my extended family to attend and graduate from college.
On a professonal note:
I have been a Social Worker for over 31 years. Of those 31 years I have been employed with SISD for over 22 years. I first came to O'Shea in 1996 as the School Social Worker then moved to Jane A. Hambric School. In 2005 I was privileged to return to O'Shea Keleher as part of the counseling team. I am truly proud to be a crusader and feel honored to work with amazing students and their families.
