Holly Fields has been an educator for over eighteen years. She has spent most of her years in education in a neighboring school district as a former middle school and high school principal.  She began her education career in 1989 as a career and technology teacher and then later as a high school guidance counselor.  She comes to Socorro ISD from Education Service Center Region 19 where she was a Leadership and School Improvement Specialist working with state and federal accountability guidelines.  As an assistant superintendent for instruction, one of Ms. Fields’ objectives is to provide support to campus principals and district departments in order that each campus achieves academic success for all students.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Texas Tech University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Sul Ross State University.
