To save a copy of these forms to your local hard drive, right-click on the link and choose "Save target as..."  from the menu that appears.  In the "Save In" box, select the destination directory from the drop-down menu, and type a name for the file in the File name field.  Then click the Save button. 

Once you have saved copies of these forms, you can open them in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
