DepartmentsMark has been with SISD for almost 9 years and has been in school district purchasing for over
14 years, and in the Purchasing profession for 21 years. Mark has earned his CTSBS (Certified Texas
School Business Specialist) certification for TASBO and is an active member and instructor of the
TASBO Purchasing Research Committee. Mark received a bachelors from UTEP and obtained
