Monica Villegasgraduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a concentration in Management in 2005. She has been an active member in the El Paso I.T. Community for over 12 years. She helped co-found the El Paso Macromedia User Group in 2003 and has been a part of development teams for the County of El Paso and U.T.E.P. Monica is a proud board member of the Boys and Girls Club of El Paso and is currently attending graduate school at UTEP, pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
