Departments Slider has continued the successful Accelerated Reading Program from its feeder schools. Students check out AR books from the library, take them home and read sixty minutes every night. Most teachers will require a summary of these books in the form of a reading log. When students are finished reading, they take a comprehension test and receive points based on their score. Each teacher decides how many points are required for their individual reading classes. The following books will be read in class. Please see specific teacher's list to find out what your student will be reading.
