Special Education Philosophy
The Special Education Department strongly believes all students can learn when given the tools and essential skills to be successful. We are committed to providing students an environment which fosters not only academics but creativity and individualism. The Special Education teachers at Sun Ridge Middle School incorporate the latest technology and teaching techniques into the classrooms, while adhering to the individual needs of our students. We set realistic goals, have high standards for our students, provide an arduous curriculum, and afford all students the opportunity to prosper in order to achieve their scholastic endeavors.
