The SISD Compensation Officers are located within the Department of Human Resources. They work very closely with the Payroll Department in the Financial Services Department to implement district policy (DEAC) regarding pay rates for all district personnel. Any questions or concerns regarding employee salary should be directed to the Compensation Officers as listed below.
