“The future is a blank canvas. It is a place where you go to. It’s a place you create,” said SISD Superintendent Dr. Xavier De La Torre to the graduates at the commencement ceremonies.
He told them they must prepare, compete and deliver to be their very best in this world, which is now much smaller and more competitive than ever before. As SISD graduates, De La Torre said, he was confident they would succeed and make a name for themselves as individuals.
