□ January 11, 2013: Applications are due to 8th GRADE COUNSELOR.
□ January 25, 2013: Applications and documentation are due to program coordinator at the high school for each program.
□ February 15-February 25, 2013: Program internal decision deadline. At this time, each program will have created a preliminary roster of those accepted, denied and on the waiting list.
□ February 25, 2013-March 1, 2013: STUDENTS will receive a letter of acceptance, denial or waiting from each program they have applied to. Middle School Counselors will also receive a spreadsheet of the same information.
□ March 4, 2013-March 8, 2013: Deadline for students to accept the program. If students do not accept by March 8, 2013, they will be dropped from the acceptance roster.
