    Remote Learning Update

Covid-19 has delayed our distribution process, but we are working diligently to roll laptops out as soon as possible. Parents will receive a call and email from the district when their child's device is ready. Student attendance will not be negatively impacted while we wait for more devices to arrive.

PARENTS: For your convenience, we have created a list of day care services that either pick up or deliver students in our school. We do not endorse or recommend any agency, but due to the ever-changing nature of programs, organizations, agencies, or circumstances (such as COVID-19) this list is evolving or subject to changes throughout the school year.

About Us

  • Hueco Elementary opened during the 1983-1984 school year. It was initially a K-8 school. Principal Robert Martinez and Assistant Principal Armando Bustamante were the first administrators. There is only one original employee still working at Hueco Elementary. Her name is Mary Quijas. The campus will celebrate its 30th Anniversary of its opening in January 2014.
