AAC Culinary Scholarships
Amount: $2,500
Deadline: VariesThe American Culinary Federation Education Foundation, with the support of the American Academy of Chefs, will award a limited number of scholarships annually, based on the availability of institutional and private funds.
- The applicant must be an exemplary student with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and be currently accepted to an accredited, post-secondary college, with a major in either culinary or pastry arts, or be an ACF registered apprentice.
- You must have a career goal of becoming a chef or pastry chef.
- Scholarship is semi-annual with deadlines of April 30th and October 31st.

Air Force ROTC Scholarships
Amount: Varies
Deadline: Varies- Air Force ROTC scholarships cover college tuition and most lab fees. You will also receive an annual textbook allowance and up to a $500 spending cash monthly stipend. A variety of full and partial scholarships are available, and certain scholarships have specific requirements. To qualify for scholarship consideration, you must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, minimum 1240 SAT score / 26 ACT Store; be at least 17 years old prior to scholarship activation and under 31 years old as of December 31 of the year you will be commissioned. There are physical requirements that must be met as well and applicants must complete a 24-day summer field training course at Maxwell AFB, Alabama (usually between your sophomore and junior years). Important scholarship dates are June 1, December 1, January 12, and May 1.

Carr P. Scholars Program

Collins Scholars are awarded a minimum of $5,350 their first year, renewable for three additional years. For consideration, applicants must:

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG)

Deadline: Varies- To get an FSEOG, the applicant must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) so the college can determine how much financial need you have. Students who will receive Federal Pell Grants and have the most financial need will receive FSEOGs first. The FSEOG does not need to be repaid. Applicants can receive between $100 and $4,000 a year, depending on their financial need, when they apply, the amount of other aid they get, and the availability of funds at the school.
- If the applicant is eligible, the school will credit the student account, pay the applicant directly, or combine these methods. The school must disburse (pay out) funds at least once per term (semester, trimester, or quarter). Schools that do not use semesters, trimesters, or quarters must disburse funds at least twice per academic year.

Harvard Financial Aid Initiative (HFAI)

Announced in 2004, the Harvard Financial Aid Initiative (HFAI) is a continuation of this tradition and greatly expands financial aid to families who earn less than $80,000.
