Scholarships
There are many opportunities out there for ALL students to get scholarships to continue their education. There are scholarships for 4 year institutions, 2 year institutions, and trade schools. Some take as little as a few minutes.

Amount Awarded: Up to $16,500 (associate’s degree) & $33,000 (bachelor’s degree)
Deadline: February 2023
Requirements:
- Have graduated or will graduate with a high school or GED diploma or a community college associate degree by the end of the 2022-2023 academic year
- Have a current DACA or TPS authorization or came to the country before November 1, 2016, and otherwise meet the DACA criteria; and
- You must qualify for in-state tuition at one of our public partner colleges

Requirements:
- Graduating high school in the Class of 2023
- Submit University’s online scholarship application
- Be admitted to UTEP by November 1, 2022 or March 1, 2023
- Enroll full-time in courses that are part of the student’s degree plan

- Plan to attend an accredited and approved 4 year college within the United States or affiliated with a United States- based college or university
- Have not accrued more than 25% of credits needed to graduate from college

- Eight years of Army Service with requirements for active duty in the army, and/or serving in the Army Reserve or Army National Guard, depending on the scholarship
