According to state and local district policy, every student participating in individual and team sports must attain medical clearance from a doctor in order to participate in team/individual training, practice and competition. Information and forms for completing your child's physical can be found at http://socorroisd.rankonesport.com/Main/Default2.aspx?Type=4.
1. Download and print the forms and take them to your preferred medical facility or doctor.
2. Please also fill out all Socorro ISD all "Electronic Participation Forms.
3. Lastly, please have your child's physical by the first day of the 2022-23 school year.
