    Socorro ISD offers classes through its Community Education Center located at 12380 Pine Springs Drive, El Paso, TX 79928 and other satellite locations.  Classes include ESL and GED programs along with other occupational certifications.  Classes are free for anyone over the age of 18 years that qualify.
