Vision

Sierra Vista Elementary will rise to excellence in preparation for higher education in a safe and nurturing environment.

Goals

  • Provide our Wranglers with a Safe Environment conducive to learning with high rigor.
  • Implement Positive Behavior Interventions System (PBIS) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) for 100% of our students.
  • Increase Attendance and maintain a minimum of 97% through school-wide student attendance incentives.
  • Increase our Texas Education Agency (TEA) Accountability Report Grade to a minimum of 90 and receive a distinguished “A” classification.
  • Increase student mastery levels in Math and Reading to receive STAAR distinctions.
