Military Parent Advisory Council (M-PAC)

Socorro ISD recognizes the need to engage military families' participation in our schools and in our district as their voice and engagement is critical to the success of students and schools.

We have an established the Military Parent Advisory Council (M-PAC) that consists of various representatives nominated by the schools that come together to voice concerns, share ideas, review student data, suggest needed improvement, and celebrate our successes together.

Military Association of Spouses (MAS)

At Socorro ISD we welcome military spouses with open arms and look forward to serving you and your children. The MAS Program strives to provide a family ambiance by connecting you with other military-connected families. We recognize the multiple challenges that military spouses and their children face that civilian counterparts do not, so the MAS Program is an exclusive military spouse’s network in Socorro ISD. MAS is campus-based and operated by school military liaisons and the school administration.
