SNAP Food Benefits. TANF for Families, monthly cash payments to help families with food, clothing, housing, utilities, furniture, transportation, phone, laundry services, other basic needs. One Time TANF Cash Benefits, money to help families in crisis to pay for basic needs. TANF for Grandparents, a payment of $1,000 to a grandparent. Utilities:  

• El Paso Electric has suspended service disconnections for nonpayment although regular billing will continue for all customers. They have also made some operational changes in response to Covid-19. https://www.epelectric.com/message-to-customers
