Volunteer Registration Process

To apply as a volunteer at our SISD Schools, please read the instructions provided below and complete the application process.  Volunteers may begin after the background check has cleared and the campus is notified. The process takes up to 15 working days.  Please contact your campus volunteer coordinator before you start volunteering at the school.  Fingering prints are not required unless you receive a letter from the SISD Volunteer Program with instructions on how to proceed.

Begin the process by filling out the Computerized Criminal History Verification form. Once you have completed the form, continue to Step 2 and fill out the SISD Volunteer Form. Do not close the browser until both forms have been completed.

Volunteer Registration Application (Volunteers ONLY) University and College Students seeking credit hours (classroom observations) must contact the SISD Human Resources Department before submitting this application.

Visiting nurses and other non-counseling professionals must submit a Health Professionals Visitors Form.
