Community In Schools (CIS)

CIS in a partnership with counselors, parent engagement liaison and teachers, working to identify challenges students face in class or at home and coordinate with community partners to bring outside resources inside the schools or homes.
CIS assists with immediate needs in regard to food, clothing, family counseling, emotional support, social services, and health services.

SNAP Food Benefits. TANF for Families, monthly cash payments to help families with food, clothing, housing, utilities, furniture, transportation, phone, laundry services, other basic needs. One Time TANF Cash Benefits, money to help families in crisis to pay for basic needs. TANF for Grandparents, a payment of $1,000 to a grandparent.
