- The student has been identified as a close contact for COVID-19 either by public health, by the school, or by the parent; AND

If a parent disagrees with the ARD Amendment or requests an ARDC meeting, a meeting will be promptly scheduled and convened.
For students who receive related services, service providers must make up any missed service time upon a student’s return to in-person instruction. The missed services time and make up time must be documented to show compliance with the IEP related services provision.
Once an ARD Amendment is agreed upon and signed, the modification/accommodations may be uploaded by the campus facilitator to the private folder shared by Proximity.
