UIL Physical Form & Rankone Electronic Forms

Prior to the start of the school year, all Soccorro High School athletes must have a new physical completed. Also, each year, Rankone forms must be competed. Rankone electronic participation forms can be accessed from the link below. The physical must be turned in to the high school athletic trainers (Mrs. Abascal-McCown or Mr. Antunez) prior to sports participation. A new physical and Rankone forms can be completed starting May 1st of each year.
