Hi, I’m Coach Lucero, the Head Cross Country Coach at Americas High School. I would like to invite you to run Cross Country for us. We have had 2 State Qualifiers, 35 Individual Regional Qualifiers, 18 Regional Team Qualifiers, 4 District Champions, and 6 District Team Championships in the past 17 years, and we need you to continue to get stronger.

Summer running is the most important part of a successful Cross Country season. In the summer, runners build their endurance, strength, and base to sustain their speed during the season.
Please purchase a wrist stop watch and running shoes before training begins. It is important to have the appropriate equipment.
