    The Socorro ISD clinic is available to employees covered by the district's health plan (Cigna). The clinic will offer the following services:

    1. Acute care
    2. Chronic condition care
    3. Wellness care services
    4. Annual health screenings
    5. Women's annual exams
    6. Sports physicals
    7. On-site in house and Quest Lab Services
    8. Multiple Rapid, onsite test available
    9. On-site Pharmacy

  • Who Can Visit the SISD Wellness Clinic?

    Any SISD employee and their dependents on the district insurance plan (Cigna) can visit the clinic.

    * Children age 4 and up

    Employees must present Cigna insurance card and photo ID at time of clinic services. Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

    The pharmacy will fill generic prescriptions from any doctor. Prescriptions may be called in, faxed, or dropped off during clinic hours.
