William D. Slider Middle School is a year-round school and offers a middle school curriculum designed to foster academic and social development.
Every grade level has a core curriculum of reading, math, science, history, and English.P.E. is offered at all grade levels and electives such as Band, Tennis, Orchestra, Graphic Arts, Media, and Theater Arts are also available. Bilingual (ESL) education is available for qualifying sixth, seventh, and eighth graders.Health is taught as an elective at the 7th grade level. Computer literacy, Computer art and Career Connections are offered as electives to our eighth grade students.
