Helen Ball Elementary School is located in the Socorro Independent School District in El Paso, Texas. It opened its doors to students in July of 1995 and presently serves a diverse population of over 800 children grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade.

Our school is named for the late Mrs. Helen Ball, a dynamic and vibrant elementary teacher who served the Socorro School District for many years.
