Lujan-Chavez Library

Lisa Lopez is the Librarian for Lujan-Chavez Elementary School. She has been with Lujan-Chavez since it opened in 2001 and has been the librarian for 12 years.

Aimee Franco is the assistant Librarian. This is her third year at Lujan-Chavez.

Book Check Out - Every two weeks

Kinder, 1st, 2nd - 1 book
3rd, 4th, 5th - 2 books
Parents - 5 books

Library Fines

Fines assessed for lost or damaged books.

Elementary students are not fined for late books.

Parents are fined $.05 a day per book for late books.
