    Library Circulation
     
    Kinder - Kinder students may checkout 1 book under their teacher's library account beginning in the spring. These books must remain in the classroom. Therefore, parents are highly encouraged to register as patrons in order to checkout books for home use.
     
    1st - Students may checkout 1 book at a time in the Fall and 2 books in the Spring.
     
    2nd - 5th - Students may checkout 2 books at a time
     
    Parents are welcomed and encouraged to register as patrons and checkout up to 3 books at a time for home use.
     
    All books are loaned out for a 2 week period.

    Bluebonnet Book Club  

    The Texas Bluebonnet Award Program is a state-wide program for students in grades 3-6.
    Texas Librarians nominate 20 new books each year from different genres to be on the Bluebonnet list.
    Its purpose is to promote free-choice reading and expose students to a variety of quality literature.

    Who: All interested students in 3rd through 5th grade

    Why:  To read great books nominated for The Texas Bluebonnet Award

    When:  Monday after school from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.

    November 7th and 14th,  December 5th and 12th (future dates TBD)
