• Summer Workouts are Here!

    Dear parents,

It is with much excitement that we invite our players back to campus for in-person summer workouts.  We realize some may have reservations about returning at this time.  We understand and empathize with those concerns.  Participation in our summer program is strictly voluntary and an alternate option will be provided for those who elect not to attend.

Student-athletes who choose to attend will receive personal instruction in the areas of strength and conditioning as well as sport-specific training with their level coach.  The safety of our students is our number one priority.  While we cannot guarantee that students and staff will not contract the COVID-19 virus, I want to assure you that every conceivable measure will be in place to maintain social distancing and sanitizing protocols to minimize that risk.  For the month of June, all workouts will be strictly outdoors.  We will not incorporate use of the weight room or indoor facilities until July 6.  Even then, we will only do so at 25% capacity.  These are just a few of the steps we've taken to ensure the safety of our student-athletes.  For a complete list of the protocols we will follow, download the MHS Summer Program Packet.

If your child would like to participate, you must first do two things: 1) Download and review the MHS Athletics Summer Program Packet.  2) After reviewing the packet, PARENTS must register their child for summer workouts using the link below.  In addition, all athletes participating in summer workouts must attend an in-person orientation on June 11th and 12th.  Please pay close attention to the specific time and date for your child's session as you will need to select one of the options when registering.  Orientation times are listed below.

Thank you for the trust you bestow on us.  It is an honor and responsibility we do not take lightly.  Our plan is to continue earning your trust each and every day.  Together, we can build champions!  Thank you and GO RAMS!!

    Sincerely,

    MHS Athletic Coaches
