    #MindfulMonday

Be mindful of the little things that you may take for granted.  When we think about it, it makes us appreciate them and makes us feel happy.

    #GratiTuesday

Thank someone for anything (little or small).  It will make you feel good about yourself...and happy.  It will also make the other person happy.

    #WednesdayWellness

Do something healthy today.  You can exercise, walk, eat a salad/vegetables, drink water, or go to sleep early.  You'll feel good about yourself and happy.

    #ThoughtfulThursday

Do something good or altruistic.  Do something good for someone.  You'll feel good and happy.  It will also make the other person feel good and happy.

    #FridayFreedom

Don't hold grudges.  Free yourself.  When you let go of the grudges or hurt feelings, your heart turns warm and fuzzy.  This will make you feel good about yourself...and happy.
