The Socorro Independent School District soon will have a new employee health clinic to provide health services for Team SISD employees and their dependents. The clinic is scheduled to open in the spring semester.

“We are excited about the opening of this clinic,” said SISD RN clinic manager Kelly Moreno. “Our goal is the wellness of our employees and we hope they utilize the clinic to its full potential for their health and well-being.”

A contest was conducted for SISD students and employees to submit artwork with medical and “A Healthier Team SISD” themes. The winning art pieces will be used to decorate the walls of the new facility.

All participants in the contest will receive a small token of appreciation for their participation and winners will receive a special prize.
