    Deadline: November 27, 2017
    Students can win First, Second, and Third prizes! Submissions must be your original art and include the school mascot. They should be on 8.5" x 11" white paper. They must include an entry form and media release. Give them to Mrs. George. Click for details

  • Winter Arts Festival and Spaghetti Dinner

    Dinner: 5:00pm and  Concert: 7:00pm

About Us

  • Salvador H. Sanchez Middle School, home of the Warriors, was one of two middle schools opened by Socorro ISD in 1990. It was the first middle school in El Paso County, Texas to be accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
     
    The school, which serves students in grades 6 through 8, was named in honor of Salvador H. Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez was a longtime advocate of quality education in Socorro ISD, and a former member of the board of trustees.
     
    Mission Statement:
    The mission of Salvador H. Sanchez Middle School is to advance students academically and socially by providing an education that EMPOWERS every individual with 21st century skills that EXEMPLIFY well-rounded citizens to THRIVE in an EVER-CHANGING society.
