April 1 to May 31, 2023
The Socorro Independent School District is pleased to announce the Online Transfer Application Process for the 2023-24 school year will be available on April 1, 2023. Please log on to www.sisd.net. scroll to the bottom of the page under Popular Links: Online Student Transfer Form. Transfers will be considered as per criteria identified in Administrative Regulation FDA and FDB.

8th Grade End of Year Clearance Days
Date: May 23 and 25, 2023
Time: During Science Classes
Parents if you have an 8th grader at our school. We will clearing our 8th grade students to prepare them to register at the high school or academy they will be attending next school year.
We will be collecting:
- Laptops
- Laptop Charges
- Library Books
- Library Fines
- LOC (Loss of Credit)
8th grade students will need to turn in and or pay any fines that may have been incurred due to damage, loss or overdue fees.
If you have any questions please contact either Mrs. Burdan, our librarian or Mrs. Duffy our assistant principal in charge of 8th grade.

Annual School Uniform Swap
Saturday, June 24
8 AM - 12 PM
Eastlake High SchoolParticipants are asked to take clean, used school uniforms to the drop-off locations now in exchange for a voucher for the day of the swap. See the flyer below for the drop-off locations.

SISD Summer Meal Program
SISD will offer free meals to all children ages 18 and under. Meals will be available June 5 to June 30, Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM, at participating schools.

Americas High School Girls and Boys Basketball Camp
June 14-16, 9 AM - 12 PM
For incoming 5th-9th grade students.
Americas Gym
Registration fee is $50 per student, includes a t-shirt.
