7th Grade Immunization Requirement:
All incoming 7th grade students must be up to date on their vaccines prior to the first day of school: 2025-2026.
Texas Immunization Requirements: Tdap, MCV4, and Varicella 2 doses.
If your child has already received their 11yr old vaccines, please submit an updated record to the school nurse by:
(1) scan and email a copy to cmaldo11@sisd.net or
(2) send a copy to school with your child or
(3) You can drop off a copy at the school's front office. Please make sure the copy is clear with your child's name, DOB, doctor/clinic information.
If your child has not received their 11yr old vaccines, please follow up with your pediatrician ASAP.
