Hello, this is Ms. Marquez, principal of Robert R. Rojas. To keep our community safe and informed, I’d like to share an important reminder with parents about the seriousness of school threats. Please help us by talking to your children about the gravity of threatening online posts and the serious consequences that result, whether they are made with the intent to fulfill or not. If you or your children ever receive any information or reports of a threat, please take it seriously and immediately report it to the police. Do not share it online. In addition, remind your children that if they know something, see something, or hear something about safety concerns it is best that they say something to an adult and refrain from spreading the information.
