The 89th Texas Legislative Session has approved and enacted several new school laws that require parental notices regarding policies/procedures and new annual consent from parents/guardians for certain school-based services and activities.
The information includes school discipline, consent for health and counseling services and clubs/organizations, and parental access to school library activity.
