3rd and 4th Saturday of the month lab only available.

Please call to schedule your appointment. Appointments are dependent on availability. If scheduled for a sick visit (colds, flu, COVID-19, other infectious diseases), you will be asked to wait in your car for assessment. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled.
